My name is Sir-Joel L. Hudson I am a first year science major at Danville Community College. I am a certified chef and after I get out of college I plan on going to a culinary institute hopefully in Italy. Cooking is a passion of mine. I am a very confident cook, I can cook just about anything as long as I have a base recipe. I hope to make cooking my career. Over the years I have learned that you only have a job if you don't like the work that you do. If you love what you do, than it is no longer going to work when you wake up it is getting ready for an experience. I hope to be able to reach my dream and as I see it I am well on my way
